When emotions are suppressed, they don’t disappear. They are stored within the nervous system. In this 1:1 session, we gently access and release what your body has been holding, without forcing or reliving trauma.

Safety comes first. Release follows naturally.

Your session includes:
• A grounding arrival process
• Emotional mapping/before and after testing on the body.
• Guided somatic release
• Nervous system recalibration
• Integration support Sessions are held online via Zoom in a confidential and supportive space.
Duration: 60–75 minutes.
Investment: $250 AUD
All sessions are confidential and are held in a trauma-aware, supportive space.
